The Apostolic Nuncio,

H.E. Archbishop Miguel Maury Buendía,

will visit

The Archdiocese of Glasgow

from

21^st until 24^th June.

Sunday 22^nd June
The Nuncio will preside at the 12 noon Mass in Saint Andrew’s Cathedral.

Sunday 22^nd June
The Nuncio will lead the Blessed Sacrament Procession in Croy which begins with a welcome at Holy Cross Church at 3.45 pm, followed by the Eucharistic Procession through the Village from 4.00 pm, returning to the Church for Benediction around 5.15 pm.

Monday 23^rd June
The Nuncio will celebrate the 1.00 pm Mass in Saint Andrew’s Cathedral with the clergy and religious of the Archdiocese.

In addition to the above, the Nuncio’s visit will include visits to Barlinnie Prison, to Glasgow University and to Glasgow Cathedral where he will meet and pray with other church leaders. He will also celebrate Mass in the Carmelite Monastery in Dumbarton and, in the course of the visit, will meet with Archdiocesan agencies such as Evangelization and Youth as well as with representatives of SCIAF
